Schedule an appointment with your local vet
Contact your vet to schedule an appointment. During this visit, your veterinarian will examine your pet and discuss any concerns or symptoms you’ve observed.
Consultation and assessment with your vet
Based on their evaluation, your vet will determine whether our specialist’s expertise is necessary for your pet’s condition. If a referral is recommended, they will contact us for you.
Appointment
Depending on the speciality and the specific case, we may perform a consult with you or, after close communication with your vet and you, we will proceed with the recommended treatment.
Communication and collaboration
Throughout the entire process, we will maintain open communication with your vet to ensure a seamless transfer of information and coordinated care for your pet.
